Joyful instructors donate their time to teach a 60 minute all levels gentle flow class. Each month we choose a local charity or non-profit to receive 100% of the donations. Join Joyful Yoga as we dedicate the last Sunday of each month to SEVA. Selfless service to further the benefit of community, to serve others. SEVA ~ an act of compassion and care for others above oneself. It takes foresight and conservation efforts by groups such as this to protect these spaces for future generations. It is so important that we protect as much of our land as possible, for ourselves, as well as for the local flora and fauna, the whole ecosystem of which we are a part. ![]() She loves to hike and just be outside, and certainly our natural spaces are disappearing year after year. (to donate directly, this like is to just donate, not attend yoga)Īnd a little bit about why Aly chose this nonprofit: ![]() In addition to conservation efforts, the Forest Society also advocates for sustainable forestry and offers nature-based educational programs. Notable Forest Society lands include the Mount Monadnock Reservation and Mount Major Reservation, as well as Gap Mountain and many more scattered throughout the state. Over 60,000 acres are now protected, through land acquisition and conservation easements. They have been protecting New Hampshire’s forests and wild spaces since 1901. March we celebrate and donate to The Society for the Protection of New Hampshire Forests. ![]()
